Upcoming meetings

Stay informed and involved in the Perthmore Community Association! Our meetings are where important decisions are made and community concerns are addressed.

The PCA Board meets on the first Thursday of the month at 9 AM at the Hourglass Coffee House in The Old Shoe Factory, 1 Sherbrooke Street. Although normally restricted to Board Members any resident is welcome to attend if you have an issue to raise.

Our Annual General Meeting is usually held on the last Sunday of September at a location to be determined. We encourage all residents of Perthmore Glen to attend whether or not you are a member. Please check announcements or posters on community mailboxes for exact meeting date, time and location details.

Get to know your neighbours and build a stronger community! Our Meet & Greets are casual, fun events where you can connect with other residents of Perthmore Glen. Keep an eye on the announcements or mailbox posters for upcoming dates and locations.

New Town of Perth Initiative for Seniors

Please note that the Town of Perth is considering hosting free social gatherings for senior residents ( 55+) and is conducting a survey (that closes on Friday, 16th January) to guage interest. Please click on the button below if you wish to obtain more information.

Tertiary Entrance to the Perthmore Subdivision

At the Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting on the 13th January 2026 a Staff Report was presented to the COW on a proposal to connect a tertiary entrance/exit to Perthmore with an intersection on HWY 7. Please click on the button below for more information.

Community garage sale

One person's trash is another's treasure! Join us for our annual community garage sale. A great way to declutter, find bargains, and support local families. Date and time will be posted in advance but is usually on the Saturday closest to the long Victoria Day weekend in May.

Please note that this is not an officially sponsered PCA event but one in which the Association will assist by placing sandwich boards at the entrances to Perthmore and by some local advertising. Each Perthmore resident is free to host their own garage sale on the same day as others and this annual event now attracts many potential customers from outside the community. Good luck to all!
